Flat rate, which you can pay little by little over the course of the project (phase-by-phase or milestones payment options).

Payment is made in phases. Paying by phases means that a the total project cost can be divided into multiple phases. For example: if the total cost is $900, you don’t have to pay $900 all at the beginning. You can pay $300 at the beginning, another $300 at 45-60% completion, and the remaining $300 at 95%-100% completion.

Payment is due at the beginning of each phase.

Payment phases also known as milestones payment simply means that a total project cost is divided into multiple phases so that rather than paying all at once, you get to pay little by little per phase based on the rate of work completed.

Payment phases protect your interest because you get to pay for next phase after seeing and approving of work done on the previous phase.

Our clients love being able to pay in phases and so will you because if you don’t like how the project is going (very unlikely), or you are unable to continue with the project, or wish to pause for a while, etc. you can do so without further financial commitment.

We do not offer refunds because we bill by time spent on a project. Most importantly, since you get to review each phase and only make payment for next phase when you are satisfied with previous phase, you can choose to discontinue the project if you are not satisfied with work done so far.

We are proud to say that in our 13+ years building websites, we have never had a refund request.

Yes. You will have or continue to have ownership of the website. We guide our clients on creating a hosting account using their own details so that they (clients) have 100% ownership and control. We are granted limited access to work on the website while the client has full ownership and control.

Your domain doesn’t have to be moved. You can keep it exactly where it is and we are able to use if your website without any issues.

No, we don’t have to move your website if you don’t want us to. We can redesign or build a new website right from within your current hosting provider. Any needs or reasons to move your website elsewhere will be discussed and agreed by you before we begin.

Yes we can. We will find suitable images to use on given pages of the website. We shall also give you links to websites that you can choose your preferred images for us to use as replacements.

Definitely! We shall submit the website at each step for your revision and recommendations. We make recommended changes and re-submit to you for further revision and recommendations. We follow these trajectory until you are satisfied before we proceed to the next task or phase.

Yes and yes. We are available to you during and after the project. You become our client once we start working together. We have been building websites for 13+ years are we are still supporting/working with clients from as far back as 10 years ago.

Yes, we offer retainer services. Retainer services are usually requested by clients/businesses that require regular or schedule updates/additions to their websites.
